Before starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2011, he has spent 17 successful years in the corporate world working for firms like IBM, GE, Airtel, VNL and Escorts.

A Mechanical Engineer from IIT-BHU (Varanasi) and an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon he is also good at strumming the guitar and loves trying his hand at writing short stories !

Aparna SharmaAssociate

Aparna specializes in building corporate Balanced Portfolio of Measures for clients for the past 10 years. She has been trained by Mercer Consulting (US represented) on the Balanced Portfolio of Measures methodology.

Aparna is a postgraduate in Business Management, with a specialization in Human Resources and Strategy from XLRI, Jamshedpur.


Aparna’s professional experience spans industry, geography and consulting. She has an overall experience of 17 years. She has been associated with Hewitt Associates (4 years) & Mercer Consulting (4 years). Other than this, she has also worked with Procter& Gamble (P & G) and has been consulting to managements for 14 years. Currently she is an independent consultant with a focus on designing people strategy & process.

Her consulting assignments consist of various aspects of human resource interventions including HR strategy and plan design; organization design including structuring/ restructuring, job evaluation, grading, competency model creation and individual assessment; career and succession planning; performance management including creation of portfolio of measures, performance measures & linking performance to pay.

Her diverse client portfolio includes MNCs like Microsoft, Benetton, Bank of America, DBS Bank, Accenture, Cairn etc and large Indian Corporates like Gujarat Gas, Reliance, HCL Technologies, Indian Oil Corporation, ICRA, Crisil, Maruti Udyog Ltd. Hindustan Times & Escorts etc.
